Terms & Conditions at
Prestige Lodge Killarney

The following terms and conditions apply when you book at stay with us at Prestige Lodge Killarney.

• Our maximum capacity is 23 Adults. We have 2 additional folding guest beds suitable for children and a crib (Total max guests 23 adults plus 3 children).
• In order to reserve Killarney Prestige Lodge we request a 30% deposit of the total rental rate. The full balance is due two weeks prior to arrival.
• We accept payments via Stripe. Please contact us directly should you require an alternative payment option.
• We require a €500.00 refundable security deposit to be held for the duration of stay. This will be automatically refunded seven days post stay.
• Please note that as we are a large vacation rental that rents as an entire unit we cannot accept last minute cancellations and therefore deposits are non refundable unless we can re-reserve the dates.
• We advise plenty of notice in order to do our best to do this on your behalf. This is because large units typically do not receive many last minute reservations. We would advise all clients to have suitable travel insurance.
• Strictly no smoking is permitted in Killarney Prestige Lodge.
• We take great pride and care in ensuring our property is presented to you in pristine shape. We kindly ask you to take care of it during your stay as if it were your own and return it in reasonable condition. Please note an additional cleaning fee may be applied if needed.
